  • Summary: The Inclusive Support Specialist will provide comprehensive services for the special education department under the direction of the Director of Special Education and Assistant Director of Special Education as appropriate by supporting duties to assist with administrative processes; providing assistance and information to Fortune staff, and parents by ensuring efficient operation of support functions; and coordinating assigned projects and department activities, including the coordination of 504 Plans. Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field - 3-5 years’ experience, working with children and adolescents with and without disabilities. - Experience with 504’s - Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations (IDEA, ADA, Section 504). - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Proficiency in crisis intervention and conflict resolution techniques. - Experience with data entry, basic Outlook and Word systems, PowerPoint, and Excel experience Comments and Other Information This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their eligible dependents.
