We are currently hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in Ellicott City Schools for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to work with a blended high school caseload, including students with a wide range of communication needs and students with severe to profound communication impairments within life skills programming. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborative environments and has experience supporting students with Autism and AAC systems.

Position Details

Location: Ellicott City, MD Grade Levels: 9th–12th Grade Caseload: Approximately 35 students This school utilizes a weighted caseload model, helping account for students who require increased service minutes, meetings, and additional support. This approach promotes more balanced workloads and better clinician support. You’ll work alongside collaborative special education and related services teams while serving students with diverse communication profiles in a meaningful high school setting.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
