Provide direct and indirect social work services to elementary students, including emotional, behavioral, and social support. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate small group sessions, implement behavior plans, and advocate for student needs during 504 meetings.
Supporting general education students and 504 plans. There is a full-time SSW in the building supporting the special education caseload that you will collaborate with.

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. Michigan School Social Work Certification (Required) Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
