Position Details

What Your CF Year Will Look Like As a school-based Clinical Fellow, you will: Provide speech-language therapy services to students with a wide range of communication disorders Support students with articulation, language, Autism, developmental delays, and other communication needs Participate in evaluations, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary collaboration Case-manage speech-only students Build confidence managing a school-based caseload with ongoing support and mentorship Receive guidance navigating school systems, documentation, and service delivery The district utilizes a workload model designed to ensure responsibilities are distributed fairly and that approximately 50% of clinician time is dedicated to direct IEP services. Additional support is provided when workloads become elevated. Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Upcoming graduate or recent graduate eligible for Clinical Fellowship Eligible for Maryland SLP licensure through the Maryland Department of Health Passion for working with pediatric and school-age populations Interest in school-based practice and collaborative team environments
