About the Position

AnthroMed Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join a high school team in Richfield, MN for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM schedule and a duty-free 30-minute lunch each day. You will provide speech-language services to high school students and transitional prorgams with a variety of communication needs across general education, resource, and specialized programming. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working with adolescents, building meaningful relationships, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and helping students develop communication skills that support their academic, social, and post-secondary goals. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with varying communication needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals and educational objectives Provide engaging individual and small-group therapy sessions using evidence-based intervention strategies Support high school students with articulation, language, fluency, social communication, AAC, and other speech-language needs Partner with teachers, families, and support staff to promote communication skills across classroom and school environments Participate in IEP meetings, contributing clinical expertise and recommendations for student programming Monitor student progress and maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements Help students develop functional communication skills that support academic success, independence, and transition planning Foster a positive, inclusive therapy environment that encourages student confidence and participation Collaborate regularly with school staff to ensure continuity of services and student success Position Highlights Full-time school-based position for the 2026-2027 school year Primarily serves high school students Consistent 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM schedule Duty-free 30-minute lunch Diverse caseload serving students across general education, resource, and specialized programs Collaborative team environment with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth Dedicated workspace designed to support efficient therapy planning and service delivery Strong administrative and clinical support throughout the school year

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure Minnesota Department of Education licensure or eligibility preferred Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required Experience working with adolescents is preferred Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Passion for helping students develop the communication skills needed for academic, social, and personal success Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply Why Join AnthroMed Education? Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess or be eligible for a Minnesota state license. Previous school-based experience is preferred, and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
