Description Easterseals Florida – Pediatric Outpatient Therapy

Easterseals Florida is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our Pediatric Outpatient Therapy team on a PRN basis. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children by helping them build essential communication, feeding, and developmental skills—while supporting families every step of the way.

What You’ll Do Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric clients Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing using EMR systems Set measurable goals and track progress based on each child’s Plan of Care Manage your assigned caseload efficiently and supervise SLPAs as needed Collaborate with families, school staff, early intervention programs, and care teams Provide education, guidance, and support to ensure success beyond therapy sessions

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Florida SLP License NPI and Medicaid provider number Pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with EMR systems and basic technology Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and professionalism Commitment to ethical practice, growth, and compassionate care Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (minimum age 21) for program-related travel
