Salary Range

$60,000–$75,000 annually About the Opportunity AnthroMed Education is partnering with a supportive school-based cooperative in Aurora, IL to hire three full-time Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year. These positions offer flexibility in placement based on your preferred age group and setting, allowing you to find the right fit for your clinical strengths and interests. You’ll benefit from a unique, highly supported environment with both AnthroMed and the cooperative (NIA) providing guidance, resources, and collaboration—giving you an added layer of support throughout the school year. What You’ll Do Provide speech and language therapy services across a range of grade levels Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and write IEP goals Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Partner with educators, staff, and families to support student outcomes Maintain accurate and compliant documentation Caseload Details Caseload and grade level determined based on your preferences and experience Multiple openings allow for thoughtful placement and team collaboration Supportive structure with both cooperative and AnthroMed resources

Qualifications
