Salary Range

$70,000-90,000 annually About the Opportunity AnthroMed Education is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 2026–2027 school year. This role offers the opportunity to support K–8 students in a collaborative school-based environment with placement details determined closer to the start of the school year. You’ll be joining a supportive team with strong resources to help you succeed in your role. What You’ll Do Provide behavioral support services for K–8 students Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Support IEP development and participate in meetings as appropriate Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Maintain accurate and compliant documentation Caseload Details 1 full-time BCBA position Specific school and caseload TBD prior to start of school year Support across K–8 settings

Qualifications

Requirements
