Second shift QualificationsCompetencies & Skills Proficiency in understanding and implementing CPI, ARC, and PBIS models of treatment. Consistent professionalism and the ability to develop and maintain safe and effective student/staff relationships. A desire to give and receive feedback to support personal and professional growth. Excellent time management and attendance record. Ability to work collaboratively on a team. Excellent interpersonal skills. Qualifications High School diploma required, B.A. or B.S. in Special Education, Social Work, Education, Psychology, or related field preferred. Previous experience in residential programming preferred, but not required. A valid driver’s license preferred CPI, CPR and First Aid certification (training offered upon hire) Background check, TB, drug, and alcohol testing will be performed prior to the start of employment.
