- Impact: RBTs work with individuals with Autism and other Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDDs) to reduce challenging behaviors, increase functional skills, and foster independence and individuality. Our Oahu Behavior Analysis Team provides care in our center/clinic, in clients’ homes, and in the community. Work directly with clients and follow the established treatment plan Establish and maintain relationships with clients, families, and pre-school staff Implement behavior therapy techniques Document interventions and progress towards goals Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan Provide training, instruction, and assistance to help the client acquire and maintain skills and to help meet identified goals
Qualifications
Be at least 18 years of age Have a High School Diploma or GED No experience necessary Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT Exam to become an RBT with BAYADA!
