Responsibilities

What You’ll Do As a Para-Professional, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and support their families in both in-home and center-based settings. You will work under the guidance of a Clinical Supervisor, and your responsibilities will include: Implementing individualized ABA programs and treatment plans Recommending new programming goals and assisting with client program development Creating therapy materials and conducting monthly team meetings Providing parent education and consultation services Collecting and analyzing behavior data to identify trends and provide insights to your supervisor Writing first drafts of progress reports and reviewing client programs in Ensora Assisting with coordination of care and other BCBA support tasks Acting as a floater for the center as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children with special needs and/or autism Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 (on or before the first day of employment) Eligibility to work in the United States Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule: mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings Ability to pass a background check Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to learn new software quickly Not to mention, it’s a plus if you: Are bilingual in English and Spanish Physical Requirements Physical demands may vary depending on client needs.
