Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a School-Based Therapist to provide mental health services to children within the school setting, including assessments and therapy.

Position Summary

The School-Based Therapist conducts diagnostic assessments, delivers individual therapy, and collaborates with school staff and families to support student success. Key Responsibilities: Assess strengths and needs through screening and evaluation. Formulate diagnoses and develop treatment plans. Provide individual and family therapy in school settings. Complete documentation per Medicaid and insurance requirements. Monitor progress and update crisis plans as needed. Education & Experience:

Required: Master’s degree in a human services field and licensure (LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or equivalent).

Must be licensed in North Carolina; associate or fully licensed clinicians accepted. This job description may be combined with another job description if there is not an adequate case load to sustain a full-time position. A minimum of a Master’s Degree in a human service field and provisional or full licensure by the state of North Carolina is required. Therapists must meet the licensure and/or experience requirements as specified in the service description based on the person-served’s needs.

Requirements
