We are hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide in-home therapy services for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs.

- What You’ll Do
- Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
- Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs)
- Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
- Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
- Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Document care in an electronic medical record system
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications
Required
- Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Colorado)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current CPR certification
Preferred
- 1+ year of pediatric experience
- Home health experience
