Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and attentive Lifeguard to join our summer camp team. The Lifeguard will supervise campers during swim time, ensure a safe aquatic environment, and respond to any emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
Monitor campers in and around the pool area Enforce pool safety rules and camp policies Respond quickly to emergencies and provide appropriate rescue or first aid Conduct safety checks of the pool and surrounding areas Collaborate with camp staff to ensure camper supervision QualificationsQualifications: Current Lifeguard Certification (American Red Cross or equivalent) CPR and First Aid Certification required Prior lifeguarding experience preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work with children Must be punctual, reliable, and professional
