About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Asheville, North Carolina. This is a part-time, in-person position providing direct clinical oversight and supervision for home and community-based ABA services. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and possess strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills. As a BCBA/LBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with families to ensure meaningful progress and positive outcomes for each client. Role Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and functional behavior evaluations to determine client needs and treatment goals. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings. Provide clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, treatment plans, progress reports, and medical records. Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide treatment decisions and measure progress. Monitor the effectiveness of interventions and make modifications as clinically appropriate. Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization and treatment success. Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards and North Carolina state regulations. Advocate for clients and support access to services within educational and community settings. Job Requirements: Active BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential required. Reliable transportation and willingness to provide in-person services in Marshall, NC and surrounding areas. Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior intervention strategies, and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with a multidisciplinary team. Passion for improving the lives of individuals through evidence-based behavioral interventions. Compensation

  • $100 per hour. Hours are based on client needs, location, and clinician availability.

  • Friday from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Additional after-school supervision hours available 2–3 afternoons per week. Opportunity to supervise up to 8 technician hours per week. Flexible scheduling opportunities available as additional cases are assigned.
