Speech-Language Pathologist – Early Childhood School-Based | 2026–2027 School Year Washington, DC | Full-Time | Onsite Salary: $65,000–$85,000 annually Join a Collaborative Early Childhood Team Supporting Young Learners AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support early childhood students in a highly collaborative school-based setting in Washington, DC for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite position supports students ages 3–5 across two nearby campuses and offers the opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team focused on early intervention, communication development, and student success. The ideal clinician is passionate about working with preschool-aged students and enjoys collaborating closely with educators, families, and related service providers in a team-oriented environment.
Position Details
Full-Time, Onsite Position 2026–2027 School Year 40 hours per week Typical Schedule: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM 30-minute duty-free lunch included Split schedule between two campuses (2–3 days per location depending on caseload needs) Caseload & Responsibilities The selected Speech-Language Pathologist will support approximately 25 early childhood students, with caseloads expected to grow throughout the school year as additional students enroll and are assessed. Students present with a range of communication needs including: Articulation disorders Expressive and receptive language delays Developmental delays Autism Spectrum Disorder Nonverbal communication needs Responsibilities include: Providing direct speech-language therapy services Conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans Writing IEP goals and maintaining documentation Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff Participating in MTSS/RTI processes and team meetings Supporting students during critical developmental years Team & Environment Highly supportive and collaborative team culture Tight-knit school community with strong multidisciplinary collaboration Diverse and multicultural student population Opportunity to work alongside educators and therapists dedicated to early childhood success Shared office space provided Compensation Annual salary range: $65,000–$85,000 based on experience Weekly pay

Qualifications
