Deliver competency-based instruction and personalized learning support to help graduation candidates achieve academic and post-secondary success. Manage IEPs, 504 plans, and ESOL processes while collaborating with support teams to develop behavioral and transition strategies.
As a Social Studies Content Coach, you will serve as the primary instructional resource for our Graduation Candidates (GCs), delivering competency-based content, supporting personalized learning, and guiding students toward graduation and post-secondary success. You’ll work with a collaborative team to provide academic, social-emotional, and career-oriented support that empowers each learner’s journey.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required Masters' preferred
Florida 6-12 educator’s license with a secondary Social Studies endorsement (REQUIRED).
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on inclusivity and collaboration.
Comfortable working in an open, student-centered workspace without a private office or classroom; ability to multitask and context-switch during live school operations
