The Therapeutic Home Specialist (Treatment Coordinator) supervises and supports therapeutic home providers in maintaining and delivering high quality behavioral health services to Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) individuals who have a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. This position participates as an active member of the treatment team by: conducting assessments; facilitating service/ treatment plan development, review and implementation, developing, supporting, and monitoring behavioral interventions; performing crisis intervention/stabilization through consultation and support; and coordinating services.

Salary

Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work or another related human-service field. A master’s degree from an accredited program in social work or another human-services field is preferred Two (2) years related experience with a bachelor's degree; no additional experience required with a Master's degree Works in office and home or community settings as well as throughout the service area, its premises and in the community.
