- Passion for working with young children
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- 12+ ECE units preferred; candidates currently working toward their ECE units or willing to obtain the required units are encouraged to apply.
- Montessori experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to continue education and professional training
- Reliable, caring, and professional
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a fingerprint clearance and background check (Live Scan)
- Must obtain and maintain Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification (or be willing to complete upon hire)
- Must provide proof of immunizations and TB clearance as required by licensing regulations
- Must meet all Community Care Licensing requirements for childcare employees
