- Category: GolfWe are looking for an Assistant Coach to teach our Golf Camp! This position is responsible for teaching assigned camps within established program guidelines while providing each participant with the proper guidance and support. Class instruction may vary based on the level of expertise of students/attendees and the age range of students/attendees. May instruct classes for children ages 4-15 years of age.

- Schedule: $20.00-25.00 Per Hour (DOQ) Various Shifts, Monday –
- Friday between the hours of 8:30
- AM - 4:00 PM Travel 5-15% - Camps will take place at Heritage Oaks and Anetsberger Golf Course. Travel may be required between the two sites on the same day.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lessons supporting the established program curriculum.
- Actively engages all students and provides them with support and constructive feedback.
- Keeps attendance records and documents student progress when required.
- Arrives before class starts to inspect the instruction space, set up equipment and supplies if needed and greet students.
- Collaborates with internal and external customers in a positive manner.
- Follows safe work practices.
- Attends trainings and meetings as required.

QualificationsTwo (2) years of teaching experience or experience working in the program area, or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the following knowledge, ability and skills. Skills & Abilities Able to teach through demonstration of the specific subject matter being taught Can work independently and efficiently Communicate effectively both orally and in writing Work with co-workers and the public in a professional manner during stressful situations CPR/AED Certified Knowledge Thorough knowledge of the subject material being taught Hands-on experience working with children District safety policies and procedures Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
