The Teacher Assistant supports the lead teacher in planning and implementing classroom activities. The role focuses on the care and development of children aged 3 to 5 years old.
Minimum of a CDA credential or enrolled to complete within 2 years; an Associates, Bachelors or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or enrolled in an Associates degree program in Early Childhood Education or a related degree with at least 15 credits in Early Childhood Education or Child Development; and experience related to the care and development of young children. Valid PA. Drivers license and Act 31, 34/151, and FBI clearances required.
