  • Position: Notre Dame High School is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Boys' Water Polo Coach to lead and develop our program. The ideal candidate will focus on player development, team success, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities

Plan and lead all practices, games, and team-related activities. Develop and implement effective training programs for skill development and conditioning. Supervise and mentor assistant coaches and staff. Instill discipline, sportsmanship, and a strong work ethic in student-athletes. Ensure compliance with CIF regulations and school policies. Organize team schedules, transportation, and logistics in coordination with the athletic department. Assist student-athletes with college recruitment opportunities. Maintain open communication with athletes, parents, and school administration. Qualifications Previous coaching experience at high school, club, or collegiate level preferred. Comprehensive understanding of volleyball techniques and strategies. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes. Must complete required certifications, including CPR and First Aid.
