Develop interim, midterm, and final assessments as needed.
Provide engaging and rigorous instruction, both in whole-class and individual settings.
Attend all Professional Learning Community Meetings and professional development sessions.
Offer academic support and tutoring for small groups or individual students as needed.
Continuously improve instructional effectiveness, using the school’s teacher performance evaluation rubric as a guide.
Implement feedback to drive changes and improvements in performance.
Uphold and enforce school-wide systems, rules, disciplinary codes, and rewards consistently.
Communicate proactively with students and families.
Collaborate with colleagues and engage actively in all professional development and learning opportunities.
Participate in additional school activities, including field trips, monitoring sporting events, and other required programs.
