- Position overview
- Center-based BCBA position focused on pediatric care
- Provide behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and clinical oversight
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Maintain autonomy over treatment planning and scheduling
- Collaborate with family medicine, therapy, education, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Manage a focused caseload of approximately 8 clients
- Utilize Central Reach workflow platform

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base Salary
- $90,000 - $100,000
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
