Job description

  • Grand Avenue Preschool in Burr Ridge is a licensed childcare center seeking Substitute/Floater Teachers to work with all age groups, Infants-PreK!
  • Our substitutes will pick up shifts based on our center needs and your availability.
  • To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a minimum of a High School diploma or GED and be able to pass all background checks!
  • Childcare experience highly preferred!
  • Required Shift: Flexible hours based on availability/center needs Compensation: $17-$20/hr.
  • Pay is based on education and experience.

  • Main Job Responsibilities: Support teachers and classrooms as a whole.

  • Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
