Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in determining patient diagnoses and treatment by expertly performing blood collection and specimen processing, ensuring the highest level of patient care.Every day you will expertly obtain and process blood specimens via capillary or venipuncture, ensuring integrity, proper disposal, and timely distribution to testing areas with special instructions, all while performing clerical duties and prioritizing patient comfort.To be successful in this role, you will possess the precise clinical skills for blood collection and specimen handling, coupled with a genuine passion for helping others.
