Position overview
Adelphoi Education is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Therapist to provide individual and group therapy to youth in an educational setting. This full-time role follows a school-based calendar with 200 workdays annually, including professional development and training days. Adelphoi supports candidates in obtaining Pennsylvania licensure.

- Key responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Maintain timely documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and treatment modalities.
- Collaborate with school staff, insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in school and community activities as needed.
- Offer clinical consultation and support to relevant parties.
- Comply with Adelphoi Education policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in a Human Services field.
- 2–3 years of experience working with children, youth, or families (preferred).
- Actively pursuing or currently holds a PA license (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
- Minimum age: 21 years.
- Valid driver’s license (PA if residing in Pennsylvania) and proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to pass credentialing requirements including physical exam and background checks.
