The Group Facilitator is responsible for preparing and facilitating IPAEP groups, ensuring compliance with standards and completing client assessments. They also maintain client data and participate in meetings as assigned.
A bachelor's degree in counseling or a related field is required, along with good oral and written presentation skills. Experience with at-risk populations and completion of specific training programs are also preferred.
The Group Facilitator is responsible for the overall preparation and facilitation of quality IPAEP groups. S/he will display and encourage the character traits of honesty, respect, caring and responsibility in the fulfillment of all job duties.

Adhere to all fiscal policies and procedures such as petty cash purchase orders, vouchers and employee expenses as requested.
Ensure that the program areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

To enhance the overall operation of the old colony y and support team work, the group facilitator will accept additional responsibilities as assigned.
