The College of Education at Saginaw Valley State University invites applications for a one-year temporary position as an Assistant Professor of Teacher Education to teach mathematics and/or social studies methods classes.
will include teaching in-person at the undergraduate level, engaging in service within the elementary program, the Teacher Education department and the College of Education, completing accreditation assessments, and collaborating with other faculty to ensure consistency amongst sections of coursework.
Applicants must be available during the day for on-campus teaching and able to attend program meetings and monthly department meetings.
Duties are generally performed inside and not exposed to adverse conditions.
All work associated with this role must be performed within the state of Michigan.
