- This position is based in the following office location: Manchester, NH The opportunity Southern New Hampshire University's (SNHU) traditional campus is looking for a part-time Assistant Esports Coach for Super Smash Bros.
- You will report to the Assistant Director of Esports and will manage the administration and coaching of SNHU's Super Smash Bros intercollegiate esports team, which includes all recruiting, practice, and game preparation.
- This position is located onsite at our campus in Manchester, NH.
- What You'll Do: Organize Super Smash Bros tournaments on-campus and implement the assessment, identification, and recruitment of qualified student-athletes.
- Work with Admissions and Financial Aid and the Assistant Director of Esports in the recruitment of esports learners.
- Maintain a schedule for the entire academic year, which includes individual meetings.
- Support academic development and graduation of learners and act as role model learners in the program.
- Establish and maintain relationships with the University, alumni, high school coaches, media, and the local community.
- Maintain memberships and participation in esports associations and affiliations.
- Administer and oversee weekly practices and matches that the teams will participate in Join an established team of coaches throughout our program that have years of experience Commit to all rules and regulations as outlined by SNHU and National Association of Colleges and Employers.

- Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
