The specialist is responsible for creating talent pipelines to bridge equity and workforce gaps through partnerships with educational institutions and community programs. They will support the internship program and collaborate with operational leaders to meet short- and long-term staffing needs.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, workforce development, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. Candidates must have at least 3 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 1 year in recruiting.

The Human Resources department at Children's partners with the employees and the managerial staff to provide services such as recruitment and staffing, employee services (benefit, compensation, retirement, and payroll processing), labor relations, HRIS program development and implementation, and organizational development.
This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
*Bachelor's degree in workforce development, human resources, education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred 3 years of HR experience with a minimum of 1 year recruiting experience *Experience attending career fairs and or building relationships in the community *Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Healthcare experience preferred
*Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects *Must possess strong networking skills with candidates and community partners/schools *Forward thinker and creative with solutions *Comfortable speaking and presenting to groups of people *Strong relationship builder *Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail and accuracy *General knowledge of HR employment laws and policies

The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. Annual salaries displayed are based on full-time employment (40 standard hrs per week). Annual salaries for part-time positions will be prorated based on the employee’s scheduled weekly hours in relation to the full-time standard. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.
In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
