Job description

  • Under direct supervision and well established guidelines this position performs a variety of routine administrative/secretarial duties to support a department, school/college, program or unit.
  • Duties include greeting visitors, data entry, faxing, filing, answering incoming calls, photocopying, making appointments, ordering supplies, maintaining files, records, and calendars.

  • Some knowledge of standard office procedures, word processing, spreadsheet, email and databases. (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Staff Temporary (Fixed Term) Salary range $17.28 - $20.30 Salary commensurate with education and experience.
