This ensures that when they are called to support a classroom during the teacher’s absence, they feel comfortable and prepared.

Follow instructional plans in absence of regular teachers Model and teach habits that help students grow in wisdom, compassion, and Christ-like maturity Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment to help students develop a lifelong love of learning Ensure students thrive as they develop strong relationships with God, others, ideas, and the world Know and love each student to promote their continued growth and development Facilitate student engagement with ideas and develop principled, critical thinking

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and teaching experience preferre Devout Christian who is a member of, associated with, or seeking to be associated with, a Christ-centered community of faith or a church
