  • Levels: PreK–5th Grade We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an elementary school team in Lake Villa, IL for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite role provides the opportunity to work with a diverse population of students from PreK through 5th grade in a collaborative educational environment.

Position Details

Start Date: August 17, 2026 End Date: June 3, 2027 Schedule: Approximately 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM Employment Type: Full-time Work Setting: Onsite Caseload & Responsibilities Provide speech and language services to students in PreK–5th grade Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Support IEP development and goal implementation Deliver direct therapy services and progress monitoring Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state and district requirements Required Qualifications Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Licensure Professional Educator License (PEL) Compensation $60,000 – $70,000 annual salary (based on experience) Why This Role Stands Out ✨ Serve a wide range of students from PreK through 5th grade Consistent school-year schedule with daytime hours Opportunity to build strong relationships within a single elementary school community Collaborative team environment focused on student success Why AnthroMed AnthroMed Team Members who work 30+ hours per week are eligible for the full-time employee benefits offered by AnthroMed Benefits begin the first of the month after start date. Requirements
