  • Salary: $1,500-$2,000 bi-weekly
  • Schedule:
  • Full time 35 hours/week
  • Sign on bonus: $1000 after 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

As a School Counselor with Catapult Learning, you will

  • Provide individual counseling with students, consultation services with school staff and parents, classroom developmental guidance lessons. Positively impact students’ educational, behavioral, social, and emotional well-being. Nurture student potential through personalized, small-group, and classroom counseling, focusing on academic, emotional, behavioral, or developmental needs. Empower parents and school staff by connecting them with community resources that align with students' unique needs. Ensure administrative excellence by completing accurate, efficient paperwork. Stay updated on field trends to enhance guidance and support for students. Foster trust and reliability by adhering to the Counseling Policy Manual, funding guidelines, and school procedures.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in counseling or a related field and possess a PA Elementary Certified School Counseling Certification. Experience working with elementary students is desired.
