• WHAT YOU'LL DO: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Oversee and monitor implementation of treatment plans to ensure clinical integrity Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs, BTs, and ABA Paraprofessionals Analyze data regularly to evaluate progress and make informed program adjustments Provide parent training to promote generalization and long-term success And more!
• WHAT TO BRING: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field required Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB required Minimum of two years of experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings required CPR Certification (preferably Red Cross) Strong clinical judgment, data analysis, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively and efficiently under multiple demands Fluent in Chinese or Tagalog not required but preferred JOIN OUR ʻOHANA & ENJOY OUR AMAZING BENEFITS:
