Salary

Provide supervision, support, and encouragement to youth in a residential home environment to guide them toward stability and success. Assist youth with service goals, including homework help and behavior management, while acting as a positive role model.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Child Development, or Teaching and a valid MA driver's license. A strong desire to work with youth and a commitment to empowerment and advocacy are essential.
Description Our Youth Advocates play a vital role in guiding youth toward stability, confidence, and success—while gaining meaningful experience in human services. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work with youth, a commitment to youth empowerment and advocacy, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
