The lead teacher develops and executes individual education plans for children aged 6 weeks to 3 years while leading a teaching team. Responsibilities include implementing evidence-based curricula, conducting parent-teacher conferences, and ensuring a safe learning environment.
Candidates must hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) certification and have experience teaching in an early learning environment. An Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education and knowledge of Creative Curriculum are preferred.
Under the direction of center administration, the lead teacher develops and executes individual education plans for children ages 6 weeks – 3 years. The lead teacher ensures their teaching team (assistant teacher and teacher aid) provides a safe and educational learning environment for the children.
