The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients to develop and implement effective treatment plans to produce optimal outcomes. Responsibilities include documenting services, supervising OT assistants, and serving as a clinical instructor for students.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and a current Florida Occupational Therapy license with BLS certification. Less than one year of clinical experience is required, though hospital-based rehab and splinting experience are preferred.
8:00 AM TO 5:30PM Wednesday through Saturday The Occupational Therapist examines and evaluates patients, developing effective treatment plans appropriate for the patient condition. The Occupational Therapist measures patient progress, modifies treatment plans and educates the patient to produce optimal outcomes.
