POSITION OVERVIEW Dragonfly Cares is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide culturally responsive, work in the Melville center to provide support to children with autism and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for a BCBA who is ready to deliver exceptional care at the Melville Center Monday through Friday 12-2pm. This position does have the potential of more hours as we continue to grow the center. WHAT YOU'LL DO Support children and provide direct services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. Implement evidence-based teaching strategies (modeling, role-play, prompting, reinforcement, and natural environment teaching). Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or BTs. Provide ongoing feedback and performance monitoring to ensure high-quality implementation of interventions. Communicate regularly with caregivers regarding participant progress Provide recommendations and strategies for supporting social skills development at home and in the community. Master's Degree in ABA, or related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst(REQUIRED)/LBA required or in process Strong written and verbal communication skills Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in clinic or center based setting. Demonstrated knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and also in a collaborative environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (BONUS POINTS) Fluency in additional languages beyond English and Spanish WHY JOIN DRAGONFLY CARES?
