The Lead Infant Toddler Teacher plans and implements developmentally appropriate activities to enhance the growth and social competence of young children. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom environment while ensuring compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
Candidates must hold a minimum of a CDA Credential with an Infant/Toddler endorsement or an Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Proficiency in implementing Creative Curriculum and adhering to NAEYC and Head Start standards is required.
