Lead the creation of a nurturing and joyful environment for infants and toddlers while implementing an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum. Coordinate daily schedules and maintain consistent communication with parents regarding child milestones and progress.
Requires a high school diploma and must meet state preschool lead teacher requirements, with a preference for a CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education. Previous experience as a preschool lead teacher and infant teacher is mandatory.
