Requires a Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field and 24 months of professional counseling experience. Candidates must hold or be able to obtain a relevant professional license (e.g., LPC, LMSW, Psychologist) within 18 months of hire.
Targeted salary up to $60,500 depending on education and experience.

Student Counseling Services (SCS) is seeking a counselor to provide services to students seeking graduate-level and professional degrees at the OU-Health campus. This includes individual, couples, and group counseling; crisis intervention; case management; and outreach and wellness programming. For those interested in supervision opportunities, the center directs a practicum program for masters-level and doctoral-level students as well as LPC-candidates. We also offer assessment services to support students seeking mental health diagnoses.
SCS is comprised of a diverse staff including psychologists and licensed professional counselors. We value a warm and supportive environment that actively encourages healthy work-life balance and strong professional relationships between colleagues. Professional development is supported through on-site opportunities and funds for external trainings.
