The Classroom Aide works with Lead Teachers to implement daily lesson plans and maintain a safe, enriching environment for preschool children. They are responsible for supervising students, preparing learning materials, and collaborating with staff and families.
Candidates must have at least twelve college credit hours in early childhood education and be able to pass background checks and medical screenings. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain CPR/First Aid certifications is required.

The Early Childhood Education Center (ECEC) Classroom Aide is responsible for working cooperatively with Lead Teachers to implement the daily lesson plans and tasks for the classroom. The ECEC Classroom Aide helps create a classroom environment that ensures best practices which supports the development of the whole child.
