The Bilingual Family Partner acts as a connector between families, educators, and community partners to help families access resources and set developmental goals. Key duties include conducting child screenings, facilitating parent workshops, and managing required documentation.
Candidates must be proficient in Spanish and English bilingual literacy and be able to travel locally. An Associate's Degree in ECE, Psychology, or Human Services is preferred, along with experience supporting diverse or underserved communities.

Nurtury is seeking a Bilingual Family Partner to support families in our Family Child Care (FCC) network. You’ll be the connector between families, educators, and community partners by helping families access resources, set developmental goals, and navigate the systems that support their children.
