Candidates should ideally possess EEC Teacher Certification and prior experience in childcare or toddler education. Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements and pass a background check.

The Learning Experience - Franklin is seeking a caring and energetic educator to support our Toddler classroom. This role may be filled at either the Teacher or Assistant Teacher level based on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities: Support language development and social-emotional growth
Implement age-appropriate learning activities
Assist with classroom routines, meals, and transitions
Maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment
Partner with families and fellow educators
Qualifications: EEC Teacher Certification preferred
Prior toddler or childcare experience preferred
Passion for working with young children
Must meet Massachusetts EEC and background check requirements
