A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior experience with young children or an EEC Teacher Certification is preferred. Candidates must meet Massachusetts EEC background check requirements and possess the physical ability to engage with infants.

The Learning Experience - Franklin is seeking a caring and dependable Infant Teacher Assistant to support our Infant classroom and help provide exceptional care for our youngest learners.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with infants, building strong relationships with families, and supporting children's early developmental milestones through responsive caregiving and engaging interactions.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Lead Teacher in maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
Assist with daily infant care routines including feeding, diapering, bottle preparation, and nap schedules
Build positive relationships with infants through attentive and responsive caregiving
Support age-appropriate activities that encourage cognitive, social-emotional, language, and physical development
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom environment
Observe and support children's developmental progress
Communicate effectively with families and team members
Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing, health, and safety requirements
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required
Prior experience working with infants, toddlers, or young children preferred
EEC Teacher Certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patient, nurturing, and dependable personality
Ability to lift, carry, and actively engage with young children throughout the day
Must meet Massachusetts EEC and background check requirements
