Assist the lead teacher in implementing lessons and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for preschool children. Responsibilities include classroom setup, supervising children on the playground, and ensuring cleanliness and order.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with experience working with children. A 45-hour state-required childcare course must be started within three months of employment and completed within the first year.
Completion of the DCF child care course prior to employment.
