• Louis.Job Summary The Classroom Aide at Annunziata Learning Center supports the lead teacher in providing a structured, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
• This role assists with instructional delivery, reinforces academic and behavioral expectations, and helps meet the individual needs of students, including those requiring additional academic or social-emotional support.
• Job Responsibilities

Assist the teacher with implementing lessons and reinforcing key academic concepts Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students Support students with special needs, including accommodations and individualized learning plans Monitor student behavior and promote positive social interactions Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, lunch, and recess Prepare instructional materials and maintain an organized classroom environment Assist with classroom management and daily routines Communicate student progress and concerns with teachers and staff Follow school policies and maintain confidentiality at all times

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or coursework in education or a related field preferred Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, flexibility, and ability to work collaboratively with staff and students Basic understanding of child development and behavior management strategies Ability to support students with diverse academic and behavioral needs The Archdiocese of St.
