The Lead Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for infants and toddlers. This includes implementing an age-appropriate curriculum and communicating daily milestones to parents.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and meet state preschool teacher requirements. Previous experience in a licensed daycare or with infants is required.
